Papua New Guinea

Papua New Guinea's coffee is grown mostly in smallholder gardens in the Eastern and Western Highlands and Simbu, where it supports a large share of the rural population. Plantations established in the colonial era still operate, and the country grades coffee by size, colour, shape, defects and cup into letter classes such as A, X and Y.
