Blue Mountain

Also Jamaica Blue Mountain, BMJM

Blue Mountain is the Typica selection grown in the Blue Mountains of Jamaica, where the name is also a protected geographical designation. Genome resequencing places the old Jamaica Blue Mountain line squarely in the Caribbean Typica group, and it is used as a reference accession in variety fingerprinting. It is a tall Typica with no rust resistance.
