Slayer Steam EP 2 Group

Slayer's 2-group volumetric workhorse for high-volume cafés, built around individual PID-controlled 1.7 l brew tanks and a 7.4 l steam tank. Shots run at 9 bar after a programmable pre-wet and pause phase, with up to four volumetric doses per group set from a single central dashboard. Electronic steam valves and a low, deep drip tray are aimed at busy service rather than manual profiling.
