Slayer Espresso V3 2 Group

Slayer's flagship 2-group flow-control machine for specialty cafés: each group has its own 1.7 l brew tank fed by a pre-heat tank, with a separate 7.4 l steam tank. Extraction is shaped by a needle valve behind a three-position actuator, which lets the barista run a restricted-flow pre-brew phase before full flow; a programmable pre-brew timer makes that phase repeatable. Body panels, X-frames and wood actuators are made to order.
