Profitec Pro 800

A spring-lever home machine with a 3.5 l copper boiler feeding a heavy lever group directly, so brew water comes from the boiler and the lever spring sets the pressure. PID control, walnut handles and the option to plumb in water and drain set it apart from pump-driven Profitec models.
