ECM Manufacture

ECM Manufacture is a family-run Heidelberg company founded in 1996 by Wolfgang Hauck to bring bar-quality espresso into the home. After splitting from its original Italian partner in 2005 it moved design to Germany and, from 2007, built its machines in its own Milan facility. Its polished E61 machines, above all the Synchronika dual boiler, define the German prosumer segment, and the company filed a patent on its modified E61 group in 2010.
