Exacto is ECM's grind-by-weight grinder, with a touch display offering weight, time and manual modes, digital grind setting on 64 mm steel burrs and a removable chute and upper burr carrier for cleaning. A quieter, vibration-isolated motor and automatic start for memorised portafilters aim it at demanding home users.
