Rocket Espresso R58 TUNE
The R58 TUNE is Rocket's current dual-boiler home machine, pairing a small PID-controlled coffee boiler with a 1.8 litre steam boiler. Its TUNE system lets the user time a low-pressure pre-infusion and a low-pressure finish around the main extraction, set from a detachable touchscreen pod, and it can run from its tank or a mains water line.
