Rocket Espresso Bicocca
Bicocca is Rocket's flagship domestic dual-boiler machine, designed with V12 Design, with stainless brew and steam boilers, an electrically heated PID group and a rotary pump. A 3.5 inch touchscreen stores two volumetric recipes with pre-infusion settings, and the OEM quotes a warm-up of roughly ten minutes.
