Rocket Espresso Epica
The Epica is a vintage-styled dual-boiler machine with a saturated group in which a front lever lets the user ramp pump pressure up and down during the shot. It has stainless boilers of 1.9 and 3.6 litres, PID control, a shot timer and a choice of tank or plumbed water, and is one of Rocket's largest home machines.
