Kees van der Westen Speedster
A single-group dual-boiler machine with an external rotary pump, built around a 2.1 l saturated coffee boiler and 3.5 l steam boiler, both 316L stainless and PID-controlled. Its three-position lever allows manual mains-pressure pre-infusion before a spring-loaded cylinder ramps the puck to 9 bar, and the gauge reads pressure at the coffee bed. It is a hand-built countertop machine for enthusiasts and small bars.
