Kees van der Westen Slim Jim Idrocompresso Triplette
The spring-lever version of the 3-group Slim Jim. It keeps the insulated 10.5 l steam boiler and PID-controlled 0.8 l coffee boilers, but each group carries a spring-loaded piston whose cylinder sits inside the saturated group; infusion pressure comes from the water mains through a reducer, or an optional pump, and spring pre-load is adjustable per group. A lock keeps the lever from springing back at the barista.
