K7

K7 is an older Kenyan selection, traditionally recommended for lower, rust-prone altitudes. It carries the recessive k gene that gives partial resistance to coffee berry disease, one of the three characterised CBD-resistance factors used in Kenyan breeding, and some tolerance to leaf rust.
