Burundi

Burundi is a small, landlocked producer where about 700,000 people work in coffee, growing Bourbon on the hills of Kayanza, Ngozi and neighbouring provinces. Coffee is washed at stations and exported through Dar es Salaam, and like Rwanda it contends with the potato defect.
