Diedrich DR3-E
The DR3-E is the electric version of Diedrich's 3 kg shop roaster, using a 9 kW heating element instead of the infrared gas burners of the DR-3. It is a manual roaster with data logging, aimed at cafes and small roasteries without a gas line.
