La Marzocco Strada X 2 Group
The 2-group Strada X is La Marzocco's pressure-profiling flagship, built with the 'Street Team' of baristas. Each group has its own boiler and gear pump so curves can run simultaneously, Smart Saturation automates pre-infusion, and profiles can be tied to beverage mass via drip-tray scales; it is for specialty bars that want repeatable, programmable extraction.
