Cafelat Robot
The Cafelat Robot is a plastic-free manual lever espresso maker with no heater or pump: hot water from a kettle goes into an oversized 58 mm basket and two lever arms push a piston through the coffee. It is aimed at home users who want real espresso from a small, nearly indestructible device.
