Cafelat
Cafelat was created in 2008 by Paul Pratt, a former barista, café owner and La Marzocco service technician, to design barista tools for the specialty market. It started with tampers, gaskets and knockboxes and later introduced the Robot, a compact manual lever espresso maker that became a cult home machine. The company sells through its own stores and a dealer network.
