Bezzera Crema
Crema is a small tank-fed heat-exchanger machine with a 1.5 litre boiler, vibration pump, heated group and rosewood handles. The DE PID version adds volumetric dosing and a PID boiler display adjustable from 80 to 100 C; the PM version uses a start/stop button.
