The Fiorenzato F83 E PRO SENSE is an 83 mm flat-burr espresso grinder that weighs the dose in the fork as it grinds, so baristas set grams rather than seconds. The PRO version adds Fiorenzato's quick-release grinding chamber. Fiorenzato suggests it for cafes grinding up to 6 kg a day.
