The Compak PK100 Shop is a 98 mm flat-burr grinder for specialty shops and roasteries that need to grind single orders and full bags on one machine. Its blind burrs turn at 900 rpm and the adjustment runs from 0 to 900 microns. A knocker lever and bag clip handle retail workflow.
