Bialetti Moka Express
The Moka Express is Bialetti's original octagonal aluminium stovetop pot, which pushes steam-pressured water up through a funnel of ground coffee into the upper chamber. It is sold in sizes from one to eighteen cups, and the coloured Moka Color versions are the same design. It is for gas and electric hobs, induction only with Bialetti's adapter plate.
