Eureka (Conti Valerio)

Eureka traces its history to 1920, when the Conti family began making coffee grinders in Florence; the company, Conti Valerio, reorganised from craft to industrial production in 2014 and launched the Mignon Specialità at Host 2017. It says it became the top professional grinder maker by revenue and units in 2019, opened a Chinese branch in Ningbo in 2023 and a dedicated Mignon factory in 2025, and passed one million Mignons in 2026. It holds more than ten patents and runs 16 production lines across three plants.
