Bunn-O-Matic

BUNN grew out of a Springfield, Illinois grocery wholesaler whose beverage-equipment division, started by George R. Bunn in 1957, became Bunn-O-Matic Corporation in 1963 and the leading US maker of commercial coffee brewers. Its pourover and automatic batch brewers, iced-tea systems and grinders are standard equipment in American diners, convenience stores and offices, and it is the only brand with ENERGY STAR-listed commercial brewers. After five generations of family ownership the company joined Ali Group in March 2026.
