Mazzer ZM
The ZM is Mazzer's digitally adjusted 83 mm flat-burr grinder, with a motor that sets burr distance in microns and stores twenty grind settings. Marketed for filter coffee and grocery service as well as espresso, it ships with filter burrs by default and served as the official World Brewers Cup grinder for 2023-25.
