Mazzer Mini
The Mini is Mazzer's smallest commercial espresso grinder, built for cafes and restaurants with limited counter space and modest volume. The current generation keeps the die-cast aluminium body but swaps in an asynchronous motor that the maker says grinds more than half again as fast as the previous Mini. It is a 64 mm flat-burr, on-demand design with a stepless collar.
