Ceado E37Z-Hero
The E37Z-Hero is Ceado's single-dose grinder for experimentation: 83 mm DLC-coated flat burrs sit in a 45-degree DLC chamber that the maker says retains nothing, and a separate Z-Hero station varies motor speed from 600 to 1500 rpm to shape flavour. It is aimed at specialty baristas and roasters who switch coffees constantly.
