Saxbys is a Philadelphia cafe company founded by Nick Bayer in 2005 that now runs mostly on college campuses. Since 2015 its cafes have been run by students who earn academic credit and pay, led by a Student Cafe Executive Officer, under what it calls its Experiential Learning Platform.
