Yama Glass
Yama Heat Resistance Glass was founded in Taiwan in 1978 by Chen Zong-xiong and was the first Taiwanese glassworks to use an all-electric melting furnace for borosilicate glass. It hand-blows and press-moulds coffee and tea brewers, including the tall slow-drip cold brew towers and siphon brewers that are common display pieces in cafés, and sells them under its own YAMA brand worldwide. Its glass is tested to food-contact standards by SGS and Japanese laboratories.
