xBloom
xBloom, founded in Silicon Valley in 2021, builds an all-in-one pour-over machine that grinds, doses and brews from a built-in scale, using either loose coffee or its own compostable xPods filled by partner roasters. The Original launched on Kickstarter and the more open Studio followed. The company also runs a coffee marketplace and recipe platform tied to the machines.
