Wilbur Curtis

Wilbur Curtis founded his company in Hollywood in 1941 and it stayed family-run for three generations, consolidating in 2000 into a Montebello, California headquarters and factory. Curtis introduced digital brewer controls in 1996 and its G4 Gemini satellite brewers and ThermoPro systems are mainstays of US cafés, convenience stores and restaurants. Groupe SEB acquired the company in early 2019 and placed it in its professional coffee division alongside WMF and Schaerer.
