Weber Workshops
Weber Workshops was founded in 2014 by Douglas Weber, a former Apple product designer, to build premium coffee tools from stainless steel, hardwood and lab glass. Its EG-1 80 mm flat-burr grinder and the Key defined the high end of home grinding, and its Unibasket is the official espresso basket of the 2026-2027 World Barista Championship. The company lists its patents and trademarks on its own site and operates from the US and Taipei.
