Timemore
Timemore is a Shanghai coffee-equipment company co-founded by James Zhan, Yu Yue and JiuShu Chen that became the biggest Chinese brand in specialty brewing gear. Its Chestnut hand grinders, Black Mirror scales and the Sculptor electric grinders launched on Kickstarter made it a value alternative to Japanese and European brands, and it has worked with Starbucks' Shanghai Roastery since 2017. Products are designed and manufactured in China.
