Schaerer

Schaerer dates to a shop Maurice Schaerer opened in 1892 and built its first coffee machine, a batch brewer, in 1924; today about 400 people make its fully automatic machines in Zuchwil, Switzerland. The company became part of WMF Group and passed with WMF to France's Groupe SEB in 2016, where it sits in the SEB Professional Beverage division with WMF, Curtis, La San Marco and Zummo. Its Coffee Soul and Coffee Art machines serve hotels, bakeries and convenience retail, and its Coffee Competence Centre has trained customers since 1999.
