Probat

PROBAT was founded in 1868 in Emmerich as the Emmericher Maschinenfabrik und Eisengießerei by Alex van Gülpen, Johann Heinrich Lensing and Theodor von Gimborn and is the world's largest roasting-machine maker, still family-owned after four generations. Its group has more than 1,200 employees, 12 international locations and five technology centres, and builds everything from the P-series shop roasters to turnkey industrial plants, as well as cocoa and snack equipment. It runs a museum of coffee technology at its headquarters.
