Option-O
Option-O was founded by a team of engineers in Melbourne, began developing its first grinder in 2016 and opened its own workshop in China in 2018 to control manufacturing. Its Lagom P64 and P100 flat-burr single-dose grinders, designed to need no shimming or alignment out of the box, became reference prosumer grinders, and the Lagom Mini and Casa brought the design to smaller budgets. All grinders are designed and owned by the company.
