Niche Coffee
Niche Coffee is a British company whose founder Martin Nicholson set out in 2014 to design a home espresso grinder without retention, spent about four years developing it and funded manufacturing through an Indiegogo campaign. The resulting Niche Zero, a 63 mm conical single-dose grinder, became one of the most popular prosumer grinders of the late 2010s and was followed by the flat-burr Duo with swappable burr sets. The company sells direct from the UK.
