Mr. Coffee
Mr. Coffee introduced the automatic drip coffee maker to American homes in the early 1970s, replacing the percolator; the brand's own site says it has been brewing at home since 1970 and Wikidata dates the company to 1972 in Cleveland. It became famous through Joe DiMaggio's television advertisements and now belongs to Newell Brands' appliance portfolio. Its machines are inexpensive drip, iced-coffee and steam espresso makers.
