Moccamaster (Technivorm)
Technivorm was founded in 1964 by Dutch engineer Gerard Clement Smit, who introduced the first Moccamaster brewer in 1969; the hand-assembled copper-element brewers are still made in Amerongen. Its KBG series became the reference home drip machine for specialty coffee, repeatedly certified by the SCA and the European Coffee Brewing Centre for brewing in the Golden Cup temperature range. The company backs the machines with a five-year warranty and long-term parts support.
