Mahlkönig
Mahlkönig has made coffee grinders in Hamburg since 1924 and is the flagship brand of the Swiss Hemro Group. Its EK43 shop grinder became the defining tool of third-wave coffee after baristas adopted it for espresso, and the E65S and E80 lines with grind-by-weight are standard café espresso grinders. The company expanded its Hamburg factory in 2020 and also supplies grinder modules to super-automatic manufacturers.
