Macap
Macap has made grinder-dosers in the Venice area since 1930, when the Petiziol family's workshop began producing them under the Macdobar name; the second generation, brothers Luigi and Antonio, took over in 1978. It makes espresso grinders, tampers and bar equipment entirely in Italy, including OEM production for other brands. The Supra line shown at SCA Expo 2025 is its current flagship.
