Kinu
Kinu is a German family company whose founders, dentist Eduard Biernatek and his wife Ioana, established a precision factory in 1991 and launched the Kinu grinder brand worldwide in 2016. Its all-steel M47 hand grinders with a stepless adjustment dial are among the most robust manual grinders, and the company recovered from a 2018 fire that destroyed most of its production. The M47 Traveler and M68 extend the range.
