Comandante
Comandante is a family-run German company, started by roaster Bernd Braune and his son Raphael, whose C40 hand grinder (brand registered 2012, production from 2013) with its proprietary Nitro Blade burr set the benchmark for premium manual grinders. The grinders are made near Munich and the range now includes the larger C60 and the compact X25. Its clicks-based grind settings became a shared reference point in brew recipes.
