Bühler
Bühler, founded in 1860 by Adolf Bühler in Uzwil, is a family-owned Swiss engineering group whose grain-milling, chocolate and die-casting businesses are joined by industrial coffee processing lines, including the InfinityRoast and RoastMaster roasters. It took a stake in Italian roaster maker Petroncini in 2010 before IMA Group acquired control of that company. Bühler follows Swiss corporate-governance standards and publishes extensive media material.
